Data Protection & GDPR – Split Decision App

1. Your rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA/UK, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restrict processing in certain situations
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Object to direct marketing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent (e.g., for location or personalised ads)

2. How to submit a request

You can exercise your rights by contacting us at:

Please include:

• Subject line: “GDPR Request – Split Decision App”
• Your account email (or device details if you don’t have an account)
• Which right(s) you want to exercise (access, deletion, etc.)

We may need to verify your identity to protect your data. We aim to respond within 30 days, as required by GDPR.

3. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data by:

1. Using any in-app “Delete Account” feature (if available), or
2. Sending an email to splitdecisionapp@mail.com with:

• Subject: “Data Deletion Request – Split Decision App”
• Your account email address

We will delete your personal data from our systems and from our processors (e.g., Firebase), except where we must retain certain data for legal or accounting reasons.

Some anonymised or aggregated data (which does not identify you) may be kept for analytics and app improvement.

4. Advertising and consent

Split Decision App uses advertising via Google (AdMob / AdSense).

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent for:

• Personalised advertising
• Certain types of tracking

You can:

• Change your consent in any in-app consent screen (if available)
• Adjust ad tracking and privacy settings at the operating system level on your device

5. Supervisory authority

If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
